Painted conversion

The aluminum painting process requires a pretreatment that ensures the adhesion of the paint on the metal while generating a passive layer that improves corrosion resistance. Traditionally these pretreatments were based on hexavalent chromium salts, which have been displaced by more environmentally friendly technologies with equal or superior performance.
